Right to restriction of processing
(1)(Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) As an important public interest for further processing of data whose processing has been restricted within the scope of application of Article 18(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the following shall be deemed to apply in particular: 1. scientific or historical research purposes, whereby Section 16(2), first sentence, No. 3 shall remain unaffected, 2. archiving purposes, 3. supervisory and control purposes, or 4. auditing.
