§ 26 SDSG

Judicial remedy

(1)For disputes between a public body or natural person and the State Commissioner for Data Protection regarding rights pursuant to Section 3(1) in conjunction with Article 78(1) and (2) and Article 58(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Section 20(1) to (6) of the Federal Data Protection Act shall apply accordingly.
