Processing of personal data in the state parliament
(1)This Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall apply, subject to the provisions of this Section, to the processing of personal data by the state parliament, its committees, its members and their employees, the parliamentary groups and their employees, and by the parliament's administration.
(2)The guidelines for the handling of matters requiring confidentiality within the state parliament shall remain unaffected.
